What this site collects
Nothing, by design. This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics scripts, and loads no resources from third-party servers — fonts and all assets are served from margelis.ai itself. Your visit produces only the standard, short-lived server access logs required to operate and secure the service.
If you email us
When you write to [email protected], we process your name, email address, and message content to respond to your enquiry and, if you request one, to prepare a pilot proposal. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps) or Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in responding). Correspondence is retained only as long as needed for these purposes and is not shared with third parties.
How we contact you
If we reach out to you first about our services, we process business contact details only — your name, role, work email, company, and public professional information (for example from your company website or LinkedIn). We do not process special-category data. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in business-to-business communication (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to any message or writing to [email protected] — we then remove your details immediately. Otherwise we delete business contacts with whom there has been no communication for 12 months. Our email runs on Google Workspace (Google Ireland), acting as our processor; we never sell your data.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and you may object to processing. Write to the address below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI) or your local supervisory authority.
